Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar has been hospitalized and is said to be in critical condition afflicted by pneumonia and that she has also suffered left ventricular failure.  According to sources the 90-year-old multiple National Award Winner complained of breathing difficulties at around 1.30 am this morning (November 11th) and was rushed to the Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai.

The senior doctor at the hospital, Dr. Farokh E Udwadia has stated that Lata is being treated round the clock in the intensive care unit and as of now, her condition is stable.  The nonagenarian is pretty active on social media and only on November 10th she had wished actress Padmini Kolhapure and director Ashutosh Gowariker on the release of their movie 'Panipat'.
