The makers revealed that Sathi Leelavathi is being made as a feel good and breezy entertainer. The film is a romantic drama with all elements that impress audiences of all classes. Lavanya Tripathi and Dev Mohan's fresh look and pairing will be a major highlight. The regular shoot of the film also commenced today.

Aanandi Art Creations presented the film with the film being made under the Durga Devi Pictures and Trio Studios banners. Naga Mohan Babu M and Rajesh T are the film producers. Tatineni Satya is the director while Mickey J Meyer is the music composer. Binendra Menon is the cinematographer and Uday Pottipadu penned the dialogues of the film.
