Legend Saravanan is making his debut as a hero in Kollywood cinema through the Pan India film 'The Legend'. India is the Cannes Country of Honour this year in its 75th year of Independence. It is reported that the poster of This film will be released in Cannes.
The Legend is directed by Jedi Jerry, the director who directed the film Whistle. The film stars Bollywood actress Urvashi Ratella as the heroine. Mayilsamy, Prabhu, Kovai Sarala, Nasser, Thambi Ramaiah and many others have played the lead roles in the film. The late actor Vivek starred in the film. Harris Jayaraj is composing the music for the film.
In a statement, the actor said, "I'm truly honoured to mark my debut and to be invited by one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world, for the launch of my multilingual film, The Legend. It's certainly the most important film festival to me and in terms of worldwide impact."
Apart from Urvashi Rautela, AR Rahman, Tamannaah, Pooja Hegde, Pa Ranjith and Madhavan are also attending the film festival. It was earlier reported that Lokesh Kanagraj’s ‘Vikram’ trailer is reportedly scheduled to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival.
