Life Is Beautiful is nearing completion

Life Is Beautiful is gearing up for release. Shekar Kammula's yet another fell-good entertainer, which has been in the making for one-and-a-half years is, in the director's words, a collage of many incidents since his childhood. The movie takes a detour into the lives of Abhijeet, Sudhakar, Kaushik, Zara, Rashmi, Kavya, Naveen, Vijay, Sanjeev and Sri Ram. There newcomers were selected through a thorough star hunt, in partnership with Radio Mirchi and Vodafone.
Shekar said, I thought of completing the film fast after Happy Days. Unexpectedly, it got delayed. I never make films that will be embarrassing to watch. The film has been shot at a special colony set erected in Padmarao Nagar. Mickey J Meyer has given fantastic music. Vanamali and Ananth Sriram have written superb lyrics, he said.
He added that he had been naive to make Leader with the aim of bringing change in the society. Life Is Beautiful is minus the fire that had gone into conceiving Leader. It is a film which bottles up innocence.
The film's flavour intermingles joy and affection. The film has editing by Marthand K Venkatesh. Cinematography is by Vijay C. Art direction is by Thota Tharani. Kammula is writing the dialogues.
