Lionel Messis special gift to Chief Minister

Football superstar Lionel Messi has sent a special gift to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in appreciation of the state hosting the Under 17 Football World Cup in 2017 which was the first FIFA event in India. Messi had sent a football t-shirt bearing the number 10 and Didi written on it.

Messi had also sent a note "Best wishes for my friend Didi from Lionel Messi". The jersey was handed over by former Barcellona football stars Juliano Belletti and Jari Litmanen after a Barcellona vs Mohan Begun match that was held in Kolkatta. The organizers promised that they would get an appointment with Mamata Banerjee and hand over the gift to him.
