Lucia Tamil to be completed at one schedule

Lucia was one of the best films to emerge out of Kannada film industry and also a film that has garnered critical acclaim across the country in recent times apart from being commercially successful. The film which had an entirely new storyline is being remade in to Tamil by C.V.Kumar who is known for producing novel scripts and encouraging young talents who dare to think differently.
The Tamil version of Lucia is being directed by Prasad Marar and the shoot commenced last week. Prasad has said ÂWe have made a few minor changes in the script to make it suitable for the Tamil audience. I loved 'Lucia' and I have understood a bigger responsibility of doing justice to the remake. We plan to complete the film in one long schedule.
Sidharth and Deepa Sannidhi are playing the lead roles in this film. Deepa Sannidhi is a Kannada actress and is debuting in Tamil with this film.
