Court ruling in Maddy's land encroachment case

A few months back a case was registered in Madurai High Court Branch by one Ganesan of Balasamudram who alleged that actor Madhavan had encroached a running stream in the 4.88 acres that he recently bought.
The court found that Maddy had not encroached any part of the stream, but has in fact facilitated the flow of the water through his land by putting up proper fences. The case has come to an end in favor of Maddy. The 'Irudhi Suttru' star will begin shooting his new movie directed by Vijay in a few months time which is the remake of the Malayalam super hit 'Charlie' starring Dulquer Salman and Parvathi.
