Rakul Preet Singh recently said that she had never experienced casting couch in the film industry till date.

Madhavi Latha, the small-time actress who has been on an interviews-giving spree, is of the view that Tollywoodians are scared of saying it as it is in the open, for they fear that opportunities will be gone if they open up. 

Her suggestion is that a top heroine like Rakul should actually make comments that will be of help to aspiring actresses.  She also feels that the kind of unity and solidarity we are witnessing in Hollywood vis-a-vis Harvey Weinstein is the need of the hour.

Rakul made the said comments in the context of slamming the news anchor who recently abused the film fraternity's women.
