The theatrical rights of 'Maharshi' have been sealed for all regions. Recently, Great India Films bought the overseas rights for Rs 12.50 Cr.

The Mahesh Babu-starrer will be released by producer Dil Raju himself in the crucial Nizam territory. Besides, he will do it in Uttarandhra as well.

In Ceded, Narasimha Prasad is distributing the big-ticket entertainer. As for East Godavari and West Godavari, its' by Vintage Creations and LVR, respectively.

Ashwini Dutt, one of the producers of the movie, will distribute it in Guntur and Krishna regions. Hari will take care of Nellore. In Karnataka, the release is by Swagath Enterprises.

The exact figures of the pre-release business are yet to be disclosed. They will be out soon.
