Mahesh Babu's grand event on Sept 9

The makers of 'SPYder' have decided to hold a grand event in Chennai on Sept 9. The purpose is to formally welcome Mahesh Babu as he debuts in Tamil with the Sept 27 release.

Mahesh will take part in the event, which could also double up as a splendid pre-release event for the AR Murugadoss movie.

The Superstar will whizz off to Romania later this month so as to shoot for the film's last number.

So far, only one number ('Boom Boom') has been released. Harris Jayaraj's music tracks have been eagerly awaited. Rakul Preet Singh is the heroine, while SJ Suryah is playing a pathological, misanthropic villain.
