Mahesh Babu's project falls apart

What is brewing between the Vamsi Paidipally-Mahesh Babu-PVP trio? After 'Brahmotsavam' turned out to be "Flopotsavam" within hours (sorry, minutes) of its release, Mahesh allegedly promised to do a film for producer Prasad V Potluri. Vamsi Paidipally was brought on board to give 'oopiri' to the project.
Months later, it turns out that Dil Raju is going to replace PVP as the producer of this project. Although there is no clarity about this as yet, Film Nagar sources are confident that PVP is out and Raju is in.
What, then, happens to Mahesh's promise to PVP? Since 'Brahmotsavam' ended up suffering heavy losses, it was said, PVP deserved another outing with Mahesh. Can it be said that the producer walked out on his own due to creative differences?
