Mahesh Babu teams up with Farhan Akthar

Super star Mahesh Babu has joined hands with Farhan Akthar for the later's campaign of MARD (Men Against Rape and Discrimination).

The campaign was started recently by Farhan Akthar, to spread awareness about gender inequality and against the atrocities on women.

Famous lyricist ,Javed Akthar, the father of Farhan Akthar, has written a poem for the campaign and it is being translated to all the languages. For the Telugu version, the organisation has approached Mahesh, so that it can be reached to a wider range of people and Mahesh agreed to lend his voice.

The recording will be done soon in Hyderabad.
