Mahesh endorsing Brand Thaman

It is not unusual to see top heroes pushing the careers of talent dear to them. We detect it easily and the media talks about it widely when a male star props up a heroine by promoting his muse film after film. It is, however, not atypical to see superstars wanting to recommend co-stars, writers and technicians who have become lucky charms for them.

This time, it is the turn of Mahesh Babu to encourage SS Thaman. The Dookudu music director has been backed by Prince. It is how Thaman, the budding musician, has landed an offer from Puri Jagannadh. The Businessman will be scored by the new music sensation.

It may be said that the superstar seems to be enamoured of Thaman after Dookudu. Earlier, it was Mani Sharma who was considered as his talisman by Mahesh, thanks to the numerous musical hits delivered by him.

With Mani Sharma in poor form nowadays, Mahesh seems to have switched to Thaman. Puri Jagannadh has his style of working with musicians - be it Chakri, Mani Sharma, Sandeep Chowtha, Anoop Rubens or Vishaal-Shekhar. It is to be seen if he strikes gold with Thaman too.

Sreenu Vaitla may be someone who is hailed as a safe commercial director, but it is also true that he has repeated ideas by making some cosmetic changes to the same formula. It was like directing my brother: Sreenu Vaitla

Thanks to the long time for which Dookudu was shot, it helped Mahesh Babu and Sreenu Vaitla bond better. From what Vaitla spoke of the space he shared with the hero, it can be concluded that the both have become best pals.

Hansika in 'The Businessman'

A success in Tollywood would help the artistes to get more offers. If a film flops, no one in the film industry would take care of them or even look at them. This fact was proved time and again. After the success of Kandireega, Bubbly Girl Hansika started getting good offers.
