Mahesh's film stalled by T activists

The activists of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) forcefully barged their way into the sets of Mahesh Babu's film Dookudu on Sunday and stalled the shooting schedule for a period of half-an-hour. The incident happened in Vikarabad, on the outskirts of Hyderabad city. Mahesh Babu's vehicle and equipment belonging to the film unit were partially destroyed during the attack. The disruption of the shooting is a first of its kind in the recent months.

As the activists carried on with their mayhem, slogans of Jai Telangana rent the air. The film's unit members, including the hero, reportedly moved to safer spots lest to escape the wrath of the attackers. It seems that they created the mayhem without a forewarning.

Such attacks were seen in the early days of year 2010, though the incidence drastically came down from March or so. After a hiatus of more than one year, the activists have obstructed a shooting schedule much to the discomfort of the Telugu industry.
