The video of a Zomato food delivery guy secretly eating a portion of the biryani ordered by a customer before doing door delivery has gone viral.

Namrata Shirodkar has reacted to the episode, saying that basic hygiene and ethics go for a toss in such cases. "It's really shocking how these reputed food delivery companies are functioning. People order food online expecting basic hygiene and this is how it is delivered?!" she wrote, expressing shock.

The wife of Mahesh Babu further commented, "What about the work ethics of these delivery boys?? Looks like its time to think twice before opening that app & placing the order. I am definitely not gonna encourage my kids to order food online, I suggest even you guys don't!"
