'Majili' controversy: Producer to go against music director

Majili controversy: Producer to go against music director

If the songs of 'Majili' were composed by Gopi Sundar, its background music was helmed by SS Thaman. Gopi was supposed to do both, but he couldn't do the BGM due to "personal reasons". Thaman was drafted by the makers in the last minute.

Speaking in an interview, the film's producer Sahu Garapati has said that it was Gopi's mistake that he dishonoured his commitment by failing to meet the deadline. Had it not been for Thaman, the film's release would have been postponed and this would have resulted in losses to the tune of crores.

Producer Sahu is planning to complain to the Film Chamber against Gopi Sundar.
