This week is a battle of one action hero and action heroine on silver screen in Kannada. Malashri in Maha Kaali` and Dhuniya Vijay in Daksha` have put down nearly 100 plus opponents. Malashri uses her muscle power while Vijay uses his muscle power and machine gun power. Malashri fights against local detractors while Vijay takes on terrorists. In Maha Kaali` Malashri after a fierce attack on wrong doers in the society receive a lethal blow on her head from Home Minister team in the film. She is thrown in a far off place. She gets from this place with blessings of goddess Maha Kaali. The action heroine who was trashing villains like a Dhobi` a washer man, she gets the goddess Trishul for utltimate round of action.

Daksha` is one shot film in one camera with 13 artists and 40 juniors. It has the age old Narayan style of comedy (Narayan was utilizing toilet in his jokes and uses urine joke in Daksha). The film is no way near the extremely well made Nishkarsha` of Sunil Kumar Desai. Vijay is not only harsh in putting down terrorists gang and he is harh in his words against local police commissioner.
