Malavika Mohnan in never-seen-before avatar in Chiyaan Vikram’s ‘Thangalaan’! – Stunning poster

The first look at Malavika Mohanan’s character from the Chiyaan Vikram starrer ‘Thangalaan’ was unveiled today as she celebrates her birthday. The leading South Indian actress plays a tribal woman in the upcoming movie and sported a never-seen-before look in the poster. Her makeover is gaining appreciation from the fans now.
The production house Studio Green presented Malavika’s first look poster and wrote, “A powerful and modern force redefining herself. Wishing the fierce and fabulous @MalavikaM_ a wonderful birthday. Here’s to a year filled with strength, talent, and empowerment! #HBDMalavikaMohanan #Thangalaan” (sic). The film is expected to release on Pongal 2024 after debuting in international film festivals.
Thangalaan is a magnum opus action drama directed by Pa Ranjith. The film is based on the natives of the Kolar Gold Fields in Karnataka and is set in the pre-independence era. It stars Chiyaan Vikram, Malavika Mohanan, Parvathy Tiruvothu, Pasupathi, Daniel Caltigarone, Harikrishnan and many others with music composed by GV Prakash.
