Mammootty may campaign in elections

The superstar of Malayalam cinema, Mammootty may campaign for the left parties in the elections. Originally a leftist, Mammooty has shown his interest in politics in many a occasions. He is holding the position of the chairman of Kairali channel, run by a leftist group concerns.

Earlier it was heard that the other star Suresh Gopi may enter politics with the last elections, but the grape wine didn't emerge true. This election is also witnessing actor Murali campaigning vigourously for the left parties.
