Mammootty NOT a part of Rajinikanth's 'Kaala'

There have been several reports doing the rounds that Mammootty will be teaming up with Rajanikanth for the highly anticipated movie ' Kaala'. It was reported that Mammootty will be essaying the role of Dr. BR Ambedkar in the movie. Ever since the rumour broke out, audiences have been eagerly waiting for an official announcement from the team.
Much to the disappointment of the audiences, sources close to Mammootty have recently dismissed these reports. And now, it has been confirmed that Mammootty is not a part of Kaala'. Rajinikanth-Mammootty partnership in Mani Ratnam's cult classic blockbuster Thalapathy' created waves in Indian Cinema. Since then, audiences have been eagerly waiting for the reunion of the legendary actors. Looks like we will have to wait more!
While the shoot for Rajinikanth's 'Kaala' directed by Pa Ranjith is progressing at a brisk pace in Mumbai, Mammootty is all busy with a handful of projects. Currently, Megastar is busy filming for 'Masterpiece' helmed by Ajai Vasudev. He will soon be joining the sets of noted ad filmmaker Sharrath Sandith's debut directorial.
