Mammootty with Maniratnam after 24 years?

The most exciting news floating around this week is undoubtedly about Maniratnam's next movie after his super hit Ok Kanmani'. Initial reports suggested that Karthi will be the hero with Shruti Haasan as his love interest. Later on rumors surfaced that Dulquer Salman will play a parallel lead.

Right now news is trickling in that Megastar Mammootty will play a powerful role in this as yet untitled film and if it turns out to be true, then Mammootty and Mani will work together after 24 years since their previous collaboration Thalapathy' in 1991. Stay tuned for more updates.
