Mammotty's New Satire

As senior director Kamal is getting ready to kick start the shoot of the new film with Mammootty, it is reported that the new movie will be a humorous satire. Scripted by P S Rafeeque of 'Aamen' fame, the movie will feature Mammootty as a humble farmer. The director and the scriptwriter are not ready to give out more about the movie at this point of time .
Cinephiles will remember that it was in 2006 that Mammootty has last teamed up with Kamal for the film 'Karuthapakshikal'. Then, it won a couple of awards in the national level. After this movie, Kamal also had a few hits to his credit which includes ones like 'Celluloid'.
Let's wait and see how the new movie will turn out to be a savior for its lead artist and the director, who has nothing much to boast of in the recent times.
