Though she is not yet to complete her treatment procedures related to cancer, Mamta Mohandas has started working for 'Varsham'. The actress who couldn't say a no to director Ranjith Shankar who has provided her a hit in "Passenger', also adds that she has a special chemistry with Mammootty, the hero in the film. A family drama, heR character, a doctor in the film is not asked to speak a lot, but is crucial in the film's proceedings. Mamta will appear in a different look , in short hair and sari in this film.
Interestingly, this is her fourth film with Mammootty, who according to Mamta is a person who shares a comfortable equation and mutual respect.
