Rick Herrmann, take a bow! This man has who has just been learning the saxophone for 7 months has managed to achieve an impressive feat. He has managed to win fans of all shapes and sizes with his music. It’s already difficult to impress humans, but this father has won the hearts of another type of animal, cows. The videos shared by his daughter shows the man playing the saxophone and cows coming in from all across the field to attend the free concert.

Describing his fans’ overwhelming response, Herrmann shared; “It’s fun that they all came over to listen. Maybe they thought my saxophone was similar to a cow noise or they found it comforting. Whatever the reason, it was a peaceful moment.” Well maybe that’s true but it was a “moo-ving experience” not only for him but also for us.

The videos have garnered more than 12 million views. Herrmann has become a star overnight. His audience has won him recognition. In an interview, he said: “At first, it was a bit overwhelming. I’m not exactly a social media person. But then when I saw that so many people were made happy by the video, I was glad about it.” He also said: “It just seemed to resonate with so many people. So many people said they had a hard day and they watched it and it put a smile on their face.” Yes, that it did for sure. It’s always nice to see the human-animal bond and this video is the perfect example of that.
