Breaking! Is Sid Sriram debuting as hero in Mani Ratnam's next?

Sid Sriram an alumni of the world famous Berklee College of Music in the USA made his debut as singer in Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal' in A.R. Rahman's music composition in 2013. He is since ruling as a youth icon and has sung several memerable songs in all Indian langauges.

Mani Ratnam then elevated Sid as music composer for his production venture 'Vaanam Kottattum' directed by Dhanasekharan. Now the hot buzz in Kollywood is that the legendary filmmaker has signed the young music exponent as hero for a new film.

As of now it is not clear whether Sid Sriram will make his acting debut in Mani Ratnam's direction or production and the official announcement is awaited.
