And now, the ace director is expected to come out with the release date of the much awaited film, which has Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair in lead roles.
A formal announcement will be made on the release date soon. It will be backed by aggressive promotional activities to create a buzz around the project, sources said.
Arjun and Aravindswamy play crucial roles in 'Kadal', which has music by Oscar-Grammy winner A R Rahman. Rajeev Menon has taken care of the cinematography.
