Maniratnam film is 'OK Kanmani'

Ace director Maniratnam has titled his new film with malayalee stars in the lead as 'OK Kanmani'. Featuring Dulqar Salman and Nithya Menon in the lead, the director as usual is keeping the thread of the film as a secret though the reports are that it is a remake of his 86' hit 'Mounaragam'. Prakashraj also appear in a important role in the movie which feature six songs by A R Rahman.
It is learned that Kaniha will have another important role in the movie. Few will remember that it was Maniratnam himself who introduced Kaniha to films a decade ago. The movie is said to be the least budgeted Maniratnam film in recent times which will be completed in around 7-8 crores.
