The crew includes Anushka Senanayake as co-writer, Rajeev Ravi as cinematographer, Sreekar Prasad as editor, Tapas Nayak as sound designer, and K as the music director. Produced by Newton Cinema and presented by Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies, 'Paradise' was entirely filmed in Sri Lanka, marking the debut collaboration between Madras Talkies and the Malayalam film industry.
