Manisha is Dhanush's mom-in-law

Its straight form the horse's mouth this time. It is neither Jayapradha nor Sri Devi, but Manisha Koirala who would play Dhanush's mother-in-law in 'Mappillai'.
Speaking to reporters in Chennai Tuesday, the actor said the Bollywood big gun would sign on the dotted line in a day or two. She has accepted the offer thanks to the role's weightage, he said.
Produced by Nemichand Jhabak and V Hitesh Jhabak for Sun Pictures, the film directed by Suraaj has Hansika Motwani opposite Dhanush. It has musical score by Mani Sharma.
On his Pongal release 'Kutty', Dhanush said, I am happy with the film's outcome. It is bringing audience to cinema halls as families. All credits go to the entire cast and crew of the movie.
