Manju Warrier's next is an "exciting" project!

Mollywood lady superstar Manju Warrier is all set to team up with actor-director Soubin Shahir for an upcoming fun-filled entertainer titled ‘Vellarikka Pattanam’. Announcing the project on her social media handles, Manju Warrier penned about how excited she is about the project. She also unveiled the movie's quirky first look poster.
“Very happy to share the first look poster of my next! Can't wait to join this super fun team with dearest soubin shahir !!! Directed By Mahesh Vettiyaar,” wrote Manju Warrier.
Director Mahesh, who had earlier worked in animation films and advertisements, penned the story along with journalist Sarath Krishna. Reportedly, the movie was supposed to start rolling before lockdown as soon as Manju Warrier completed her movies Lalitham Sundaram and Djinn.
Produced under the banner of Fullon Studios, ‘Vellarikka Pattanam’ is now expected to start shooting the movie as soon the lead actors finish the portions of the movies that they were shooting for prior to the lockdown.
Meanwhile, Manju and Soubin’s first movie together 'Jack & Jill' is prepping up for a release. The feel-good movie by Santosh Sivan also deals with artificial intelligence and has Kalidas Jayaram in a pivotal role. The actress' ambitious project Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham is expected to be her immediate release after the theatres reopens.
