It's their staff members like hair and makeup artist, mangers, stylist, spot boys etc. who keeps them comfortable and do all the backend work needed. For an actor/actress their staff plays a pivotal role in their life and Manoj Bajpayee truly believes in this.

The fine actor, Manoj Bajpayee who is known for his simple nature and down to earth attitude considers his staff as his family. It is known that each time Manoj wraps up any shoot in an outdoor location; he takes his staff for her treat. A travel buff by heart, this actor loves exploring new places and indulging into authentic yummy local food and as his best companions he chooses his staff members.

That's not all! The actor takes special care of them by making sure that their dues are paid on time, they are provided with proper food when on sets and also gives them surprise gifts on their birthday. The actor also goes an extra mile by helping his staff in their personal affairs whenever the latter seeks for helps and lights them up at tiring times by cracking up a little joke.
