In a startling turn of events, the rift within the Manchu family has taken a serious legal twist. Manchu Manoj has filed a police complaint against his elder brother, Manchu Vishnu, accusing him of orchestrating a theft and vandalism incident at his residence. The complaint was lodged at the Pahadi Shareef Police Station in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
The situation escalated dramatically on Wednesday when Manoj staged a dharna outside his father Mohan Babu’s house. Speaking with the media, he broke down in tears as he detailed how nearly 150 people allegedly stormed his house while he was away, looting valuable belongings—including vehicles—and causing widespread damage.
Manoj didn’t mince words, directly accusing Vishnu of being behind the attack and stating that this was the culmination of ongoing harassment and threats he has faced for months. Manoj also said that Vishnu postponed his film Kannappa upon learning that Bhairavam is gearing up for a release. Bhairavam stars Manoj in the lead role.
Manoj wanted to put an end to family rifts and take part in healthy competition but Vishnu postponed Kannappa out of fear for Bhairavam.
