The trailer for 'Marakkar: Lion Of The Arabian Sea' is out ahead of the theatrical release of the movie on December 3. This is Mohanlal's most expensive film. Kunjali Marakkar IV is the name of the Complete Actor's character.

The more than 130-second-long trailer features glimpses of the larger-than-life setting with precision. A smattering of emotions and large doses of warfare are seen. Director Priyadarshan has helmed the project, penning a meticulous script in company with Ani IV Sasi. Thyagarajan and Thailand stunt master Kazu Neda have mounted the action scenes.

Also featuring 'Good Luck Sakhi' actress Keerthy Suresh, Bollywood star Suniel Shetty, and a host of Mollywood actors (read Pranav Mohanlal, Arjun, Suniel Shetty, Prabhu, Manju Warrier, Suhasini, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Fazil, Siddique, Nedumudi Venu, Innocent, and Ashok Selvan), the film is one of the biggest South Indian releases of the year.

The visuals pertaining to the Kottakkal fort seem very good. Antony Perumbavoor has bankrolled the project. Ronnie Raphael is the music director. Production Design is by Sabu Cyril of 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' fame. Cinematography is by Thiru of 'Janatha Garage' fame.

The background music has been composed by Ankit Suri, Rahul Raj, and Lyell Evans Roeder.
