Marina picks Surya over Rohit, triggers questions

Conversations around Bigg Boss inmates can take amusing forms. Here is one involving Marina Abraham and Rohit Sahni, the contestants of the 6th season of Bigg Boss Telugu. It would be no exaggeration to say that the duo has been setting major couple goals while in the House. We have seen Marina's sacrifice for her husband over a nomination incident already. In another instance, Marina anxiously conveyed to Inaya that she doesn't want to go through the possibility of missing Rohit.
But later in the day when it came to choosing between Surya and Rohit for a captain's role, Marina picked Surya and not her husband. Why so?
The same has led to some questions, not all of them tenable. People have started asking if a deal has been struck between Surya and Marina and if she has conceived an amusing way to protect the duo from elimination.
