Opening to a whopping $162.1 million, the film’s success is a result of exceptional performance in both international and domestic markets. With $76 million earned in the U.S. and $86.1 million in international markets, the film has earned ₹14.02 crore ($1.704 million) in India alone, adding to its global success. Its early release as well as the availability of regional dubs in India gave it the necessary push required to dominate the box office.

Thunderbolts* has not only overtaken other films but has also surpassed previous Marvel Studios blockbusters including Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Ant-Man and Guardians Of The Galaxy. This team of chaotic B-vengers also launched at the number 1 position in all major and most smaller territories. The film has received an outstanding score of 88% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes and an “A-” CinemaScore from audiences.
