Many years after the epic Mughal-E-Aazam was made in colour, it is now the turn of the Telugu classic 'Mayabazaar' to come in its clolourised version. The film, starring the great actors N Taraka Ramarao, A Nageshwara Rao, Savithri and SV Ranga Rao, was a run away hit and also called one of the greatest films of all time. Its newest avatar is set for a January 30 release.

The film of the black-and-white era is considered a masterpiece in terms of its screenplay and performance of cast. Now, Gold Stone Technologies Limited has toiled for a period of 6 months to colourise the film. The high technical standards the version will boast of means it is coming in a DTS avatar. 165 technicians worked on the film for a period of six months and the result is a wonderful scope appearance of the film.

Soon, the film will be released by Super Good Films throughout the state. Speaking to the media, C. Jaganmohan of Gold Stone said, We acquired the negative rights from the Vijaya banner and made this colour version. We have made it in scope and 6.1 DTS version. Producer SV Prasad said, The intent is to showcase our culture and traditions as portrayed in Mayabazar.

For old-timers, here is a film to watch out for. Eagerly and most-awaited.
