Popular ENT Surgeon from Tiruchy, Dr Ram who made his foray on silver screen with 'Kattuvirayan' opposite Malavika, is playing the title role in the movie 'Brahmadeva''.

'It is an action-packed flick, directed by Dharmalingam. I play a dual role in it', he says.

Dr Ram appears as a mentally-challenged person and a happy-go-lucky youngster. He had been to mental asylums and studied a lot of their behavior.

'Though I practiced medicine in Tiruchy, I always wanted to become a playback singer in Tamil cinema. I came to Chennai with that hope. But I was destined to become an actor'.

Tejashree and Swathy Verma play the heroines and Roshan plays the baddie. Muthuraj has scored the music.

'We have used special cameras to shoot the stunt sequences. They have come very well.'

'The movie is ready for release. We screened the movie for over 300 college students. They were impressed and appreciated our effort in conveying a strong message for today's youth'.
