Meera's secret desire

Meera Jasmine, who won the National Award for the best actress and is currently a busy actress in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam Film industry, has a secret desire.
She wants to take up direction.
Speaking about her cherished ambition, Meera Jasmine says, Âthough I donÂt know much about direction I have been watching all directors from very close quarters'.
This, she feels, has given her a good ringside view of what needs to be done.
And being a sensitive actress, Meera also has a nuanced understanding of what is required to make a sensitive film.
'Though I have a lot to achieve as actress, I am hopeful that one day, I will sure end up directing a movie,' she says.
She is acting currently in a Malayalam movie besides a couple in Tamil and Telugu each.
