Mega Princess Niharika evinces interest in remake

Niharika Konidela, who recently debuted in Rama Raju's 'Oka Manasu', had made it clear that she will not stick to straight films, but will do remakes as well, besides acting in other languages. For now, she is set to do the first. The news is that the fledgling actress is showing willingness to act in a remake of the 2014 Marathi emotional-horror-drama 'Happy Journey'. The film tells the story of a sister, who loves her brother so much so that after her death, she stays on as a ghost and helps his brother.
Niharika will be reprising the role played by Priya Bapat.
As the story sounds high on emotional value, besides good entertainment quotient, it may well be remade by a producer who doesn't look for profit alone. One shouldn't be surprised if Niharika herself turns into a co-producer for this venture.
