Merkel is 4th time German Chancellor

There will no change in Germany's leadership as Merkel won the elections on a considerable note and was re-elected as Germany's chancellor for the 4th term. She has been always regarded as one of the most outspoken leader in Europe as she took a bold stand during the refugee crisis and also during the Brexit drama.
Merkel also faces a daunting task as in a country where coalition governments are the usual norm, voting is only the start of a process that can take months before a government emerges. She also faces a great deal of challenge on many aspects; in the EU to strengthen the currency, also her stand on climate change unrest and her testing relationship with Putin and Trump will be the key in her International interests.
