Thalapathy Vijay to storm ten thousand theaters in China

Thalapathy Vijay's 'Mersal' directed by Atlee in which he rocked in three different roles is all set to storm the Chinese market releasing in 10000 theaters on December 6th. The film is distributed by the same company which handled the blockbuster Indian films 'Baahubali 2', 'Dangal' and 'Secret Superstars'.
'Mersal' which had music by A.R. Rahman and produced by the legendary Sri Thenandal Studios has Vijay, Kajal Agarwal, Samantha, Nithya Menen, Vadivelu, Sathyaraj, Yogi Babu and S.J. Surya. The film apart from achieving blockbuster status when released in 2017 has continued to win in many international film festivals and has since gained cult status.
Its a well known fact that Vijay's next movie after the under production 'Sarkar' directed by A.R. Murugadoss is once again with Atlee. The mass hero and the director are reuniting after their two mega hits 'Theri' and 'Mersal'.
