After playing a boy-next-door with an empathetic outlook in 'Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha', Kiran Abbavaram will be seen in a massy role in 'Meter'. The film's release date was dropped today.

Clap Entertainment and Mythri Movie Makers today said that 'Meter' will hit the marquee on April 7.

The release date poster is high on cop-style attire and setting.

The film is directed by newcomer Ramesh Kaduri, who has previously assisted Gopichand Malineni and Bobby Kolli. Incidentally, both his seniors have scored a hit each this year. At this rate, will Kaduri prove his 'meter'? What is more, the producers of the movies of Malineni (read 'Veera Simha Reddy') and Bobby ('Waltair Veerayya') are presenting the movie.

Touted to be a full-on commercial entertainer, the film has the 'Sammathame' actor join hands with composer Sai Kartheek. With the cinematography handled by Venkat C Dileep and Suresh Sarangam, the film has dialogues written by the director and Surya. With art direction by JV, 'Meter' is produced by Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu.
