The much-delayed thriller-action-drama 'Metro', dubbed from Tamil, will hit the screens on March 17. Directed by Ananda Krishnan, the film is presented by Suresh Kondeti and produced by Rajani Talluri of R4 Entertainments.

Suresh Kondeti says, "The story unfolds in the backdrop of the chain-snatching phenomenon in cities. After Gautham Menon's praise, AR Murugadoss too has appreciated the trailer. The original version of our film 'Journey' was produced by Murugadoss. So, it feels nice that 'Metro' has come in for his appreciation. We often read about chain snatchers in news. 'Metro' is about how a certain chain-snatcher affects a life. When his mother is killed in a chain-snatching incident, the son, a journalist, sets forth to investigate. In the process, he discovers that there is more to it than meets the eye. This film will surely entertain all sections of audience".

Rajani Ram says, "We have dubbed the movie without compromising on quality. Sahithi has written nice dialogues and lyrics. Watching 'Metro' feels like a straight movie". Music is by Johan.
