Million 'Dollar Dreams' of 'Fidaa'

Sekhar Kammula began his career by making a small-time film named 'Dollar Dreams'. More than a decade later, he is finding himself fulfilling the 'dollar dreams' of his producers and actors, mainly Varun Tej.

For a feel-good movie with no star face going for it, 'Fidaa' has crossed the USD 1M mark with ease. It breached the landmark figure on Monday in the US.

The worldwide gross as of the end of the first weekend is almost Rs. 24 Cr.

Kammula's narrational style, Sai Pallavi's charming act, Sashikanth's soothing music, witty dialogues and the relatable backdrop have gone into making the film a big hit.
