Minor earthquake in Borabanda scares residents

On Friday, around 8:45 pm, Borabanda in Hyderabad witnessed a minor earthquake. Reports say that the quake was minor and quaked for a couple of seconds. It didn't result in any casualties or loss to property.
The residents of the locality were scared when they heard loud sounds. They walked out of their houses out of fear. A report says that Borabanda witnessed a similar incident in 2019 when the residents rushed out of their houses in panic.
Since no destruction happened, they heaved a sigh of relief.
Speaking to a TV channel, an expert associated with the government has confirmed that it was indeed an earthquake.
