'Mister' was first offered to Allu Arjun

In his interview to IndiaGlitz, Sreenu Vaitla has said that the story was first offered to a big star before he had a change of mind and roped in a relatively fresh face like Varun Tej.
"Frankly, the story was first offered to a big star. But later, we felt an actor like Varun Tej would be more apt," the director said.
When asked about the same, the Mega hero told IndiaGlitz that it was first Bunny who was offered the film. "Although he liked the story, Bunny suggested that I would fit the bill more for a story like this one," he said.
Vaitla promises to unveil a new Varun Tej, who has tried comedy like never before in his career. The romantic-family entertainer is going to hit the screens on April 14.
