'MLA', starring Kalyan Ram and Kajal Aggarwal, is directed by debutant Upendra Madhav. Presented by TG Vishwa Prasad, it has been jointly produced by C Bharat Chowdhary and MV Kiran Reddy. Blue Planet Entertainments LLP and People Media Factory are the banners.
The makers are banking on Kalyan Ram's transformation in the film. Ravi Kishen, Posani, Ajay, Shivaji Raja, Jayaprakash Reddy, Lasya and Manali Rathod are part of the cast. Among the comedians, Vennela Kishore and Prudhvi are prominent.
Music is by Mani Sharma. Written by Praveen Varma and Adi Narayana, it has the cinematography by Prasad Murella. Editing is by Thammiraju. Upendra Madhav has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues as well.
