Modi is abusing CBI, ED: Rahul Gandhi

Hours after his sister Priyanka Gandhi came to the defence of P Chidambaram, Rahul Gandhi did much the same, vigorously batting for the scam-accused former Home Minister of India.

"Modi's Govt is using the ED, CBI & sections of a spineless media to character assassinate Mr Chidambaram. I strongly condemn this disgraceful misuse of power," Rahul, the former Congress president, today said.

Similar things have been said by the Congress party and other Opposition parties when Sonia and Rahul were in the dock over the National Herald case.

Chidambaram is an accused in the INX media case.
