Mohanbabu wanted to become a relative of Rajini

We all know that Superstar Rajinikanth and veteran Telugu actor Mohanbabu are very close friends. Only at the launch event of the trailer of ÂVikramasimha the Telugu version of Kochaidiiyaan, Mohanbabu revealed that he wished to become a close relative of Rajini but the wish did not materialize.

Speaking at the event Mohanababu said he wanted one of his sons to marry one of the daughters of Rajinikanth so that they can become relatives. Latha Rajinikanth also knew about his wish. But MohanbabuÂs wish did not materialize. Mohanbabu did not feel bad about it because he believed marriages are made in heaven.
Mohanbabu said he is however proud of Soundarya Rajinkanth Ashwin who holds the unique record of directing her own father, in her debut film and also immortalizing the great actor with motion capture technology.
