What is the current status of Mohanlal's Villain?

Mohanlal's upcoming movie Villain helmed by B. Unnikrishnan, has been hogging the headlines ever since the project was announced. The movie went on floors in Trivandrum in the first week of March, and pictures from the shooting location are already viral on social media. Now, the latest update is that the Villain team has wrapped up the first schedule of the shoot. The news was revealed by director Unnikrishnan himself through his official social media page. He also revealed that the team will begin the second schedule of the movie on March 24, 2017 in Kochi.
The first look poster of Villain was out recently and had created a stir online! The film has Mohanlal playing an ex-cop cop while Manju Warrier plays his wife. The film also has Vishal, Hansika, Srikanth and Rashi Khanna in pivotal roles. Produced by Rockline Entertainments, the movie has Pulimurugan fame stunt choreographer Peter Hein choreographing a special stunt sequence for Mohanlal. The rest of the action sequences will be choreographed by Stunt Silva. Watch out this space for more updates on the movie!
